Шашлычокс.
Поделюсь еще одним интересным рецептиком шашлыка (из личной коллекции):
Ингридиенты:
1) мясо (желательно хороший кусок шеи) – 4кг
2) лук – 1-2кг
3) белое сухое вино
4) специи по вкусу
Способ приготовления:
1) мясо порезать немелкими кусочками
2) лук порезать мелкими кубиками
3) в большую посудину положить порезаное мясо, порубленный лук, специи, пол-стакана вина (на крайний случай минералки).
4) всю эту смесь МЕСИТЬ! ручками в течении 25-30 минут (активно, так чтобы лук дал сок).
5) сразу же на огонь 
Плюсы:
Мясо получается очень нежным, сочным, без посторонних привкусов. По сути, шашлык маринуется в луке.
Время приготовления составляет всего 30-40 минут (включая «маринование») – это идеальный вариант для спонтанных пикников
Недостатки:
Не забыть взять с собой мыло и воду – руки отмывать от жира не очень просто.
Пожалуй, второй недостаток – готовить должен только мужчина и желательно с сильными руками

Вчера на отдых ходили коллективом, мясо удалось купить только сырое (маринованного не оказалось с утра). Пришлось по памяти зайти на me.miralab.ru через сотовый и вспомнить рецепт
Шашлык – хороший получился, правда, замачивали его часа 1.5, минут 30 его месили. Белого вина под рукой не оказалось, поэтому использовали смесь: уксус+вода+минералка+пиво

В принципе, не важно чем мариновать, лишь бы чуть кислый был маринад.
